Problem:
As part of its function, the MILG–BARMM supports infrastructure development in local government units across the region. However, project implementation was tracked manually—using spreadsheets, photos, and fragmented reports. There was no centralized system to monitor status updates, verify project locations, or view completion progress in real time. Reporting was repetitive and time-consuming, often requiring field validation just to confirm basic updates.
Solution:
The Project Monitoring System allows MILG to log, update, and track infrastructure projects in one place. Each project is geo-tagged and displayed on an interactive map for easier visual reference—similar to Google Maps. The system includes progress tracking, document uploads, filtered dashboards, and automated report generation, reducing manual work and giving decision-makers clearer oversight on fund utilization and implementation status.
This platform is one of several integrated tools within the MILG intranet ecosystem—built to streamline internal processes, improve transparency, and support more efficient service delivery across the region.
