Training Management System

Problem:

As part of its mandate, the MILG–BARMM regularly conducts capacity development activities for local government units and field officers. However, there was no centralized way to monitor what trainings were conducted, who attended, or how often they were held. Participant tracking was fragmented, and generating certificates for hundreds of attendees was time-consuming and manual. Worse, there was no system to verify the authenticity of issued certificates—leaving the process vulnerable to duplication or forgery.

Solution:

The Training Management System was built to automate the entire process—allowing the ministry to log trainings, register participants, generate certificates in bulk, and enable online certificate verification. This reduced workload, increased transparency, and improved the integrity of issued certificates.

This platform is one of several integrated tools within the MILG intranet ecosystem—built to streamline internal processes, improve transparency, and support more efficient service delivery across the region.
